Don't worry, I'm still into horses ;)

Some of you have been wondering if I've given up horses, let me assure you, I have not ;) It's just that it's really not easy bringing a big heavy camera with you when you're out riding. So I've been lucky these past  few days and been asked to take pictures of some horses. One of them is for sale and the others are just playing.

This first guy is Bruvin. I've know him all his life as he was literally born into my lap. We've had many good years together and we have even more ahead of us.

This little guy is Bryns August. My little baby from last summer. He has now become a very big boy and is ready for a new family.

and now, last but not least. Norby Bonus (Augusts Father) and Nordby Tromf (Augusts brother) playing together for the first time.

Now I'm all horsed out, and I hope the weather here makes a turn for the NICER soon, so I can bring the camera out for walks with Gus again.

You know you live in Norway when...

...you get called up on a random Sunday to help separate sheep. 

All in all a fun day with over 400 pictures taken.

Sometimes I just get Lucky... Like a luckyducky!

Gus is not too happy about it being too cold for him to be in the water. I on the other hand am quite thrilled of idea I won't have to clean the floor, walls, rug and sofa three times a week. Until spring that is.

To the end of the world

...and back ;)

So this weekend Gus, I, Dennis and his family went to Tjøme. An island in Vestfold with a beautiful coastline and know to have “the End of the world” firehouse. They have this beautiful summerhouse there and it was so great to get away from everything for a few days.

It's funny though, every time I saw something really cool to take a picture of, the sun was hiding behind a really big cloud and all dimension and contrast disappeared. Just my luck...

Well, I did manage to take “A few” pictures and here are some of them.

Just notice how Dennis and/or Gus are in more or less every picture. Someone has not learned to stop and wait for the photographer yet.  

Since last we spoke....

We have been doing some changes at home, buying some new stuff (and it took the BF three!! days to notice) , and throwing out the old.

Gus has been denied tennis-balls from the vet, they destroy his teeth.

So he's been taking it out on everything and everyone else. Like a stick...

I've been spending just a few too many hours with the horses, mostly teaching and a lot of picture taking.
